The Gaze
At the Opening Reception, Sept. 16, guests enjoyed delicious refreshments, engaging conversation and a diverse array of artwork. Featured artist Kathy Steventon attended, as well as many of the other artists. Votes were cast for the People's Choice ribbon and there was a three way tie. The winners were Jim Beman for "Going Home", Judith Hilmer for "Autumn Meadow" and La Claire Skaggs for "Rainforest".

The 2006 Fall Show is a collection of original artwork by 20 regional artists. The display is comprised of a variety of subjects, many of which are autumn themes, expressed in an assortment of media. Here are a few samples of the pieces in the show, as well as some of the guests at the opening reception.
