Aug. 16 – Sept. 17, 2016

RECEPTION AUG. 20, 5 – 7 pm

Please see the post for the Colors of the Southwest for pictures of the reception

Artists were encouraged to focus on local subjects, themes, culture or history when creating works for this show.  SPACe members voted for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places at the reception. The artwork with the most points was created by Barb Kowalik, Spirit of the Plains. The large 3D piece includes elkskin, feathers, beads and oil paints. The picture doesn’t do this piece justice since it is quite large.
