Artists may enter works of their choice and are especially encouraged to share works that best reflect their goals as artists. Artwork must be the original concept and design of the artist. All media are acceptable. There will be a show of photography by 3 southeastern Colorado artists in the Fuller Gallery called “The Abandoned” at the same time.
► May 12 & 13 — Bring artwork to the Gallery 11 am-2 pm.
A $5 late fee will be assessed for entries accepted after May 13.
Late entries must be approved in advance.
Email to make arrangements. Work MAY be brought earlier.
► May 27 – Opening reception 5-7 pm
► June 17 – Pick up artwork 1:30-2 pm or by July 21.
♦ $5 entry fee per item. Limit 4 entries per artist. Sold artwork may be replaced for no additional fee. If any entry is over the equivalent of 20″x30″, it will count as 2 entries ($10).
♦ All entered artwork MUST BE FOR SALE.
♦ 30% commission will be charged on Members’ sales; 35% nonmembers
Hanging art must be properly presented and have a secure WIRE ON THE BACK, no sawtooth hangers. See CHECKLIST on entry form for complete requirements.
SPACe members who live too far away to hand deliver their artwork may ship artwork entered in this show, as long as it arrives by May 12 and can be picked up before July 21. Arrangements can be made to pick up work at a later date. Shipped artwork must be sent via US Postal Service to the SPACe P.O. Box 803. DO NOT SHIP GLASS. Framed artwork must be protected with plexiglas or similar glazing. Include a copy of this entry form and the required entry fees, as well as membership dues if applicable.
